a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website www.weylchem.com ("Website"), your browser automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. On this website you can enter and submit personal data through Our contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect and save the data that you enter and submit in the input mask (eg last name, first name, e-mail address). A disclosure to third parties does not occur.

For inquiries of any kind, WeylChem offers you the opportunity to contact with individual contacts of Us and our affiliates through the contact information provided on the website.   • in the event that disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c) GDPR is a legal obligation, as well if
  • such sharing is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR necessary for the performance of any contractual relationships with you.

If WeylChem commissions third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called "commissioned data processing contract", such transfer is made on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Cookies

WeylChem uses cookies on this website. A cookie is a small file that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software.

in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored at WeylChem, unless the processing is required for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claim;

in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, provided however, that you reject their deletion whilst WeylChem has no longer need in such data, but you will have the need in connection with the asserting, exercising or defending of legal claims or that you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

7. Right to object

If your personal data are are processed based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to file an objection against the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons resulting from your particular situation or the objection is aiming against direct marketing measures. 8. Data security

WeylChem uses the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the website visit in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. In general, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, WeylChem uses 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of the website is encrypted is indicated by the closed representation of the key or lock icon in the lower status bar of your browser.
