History

2014	Nease Corporation changes name to Nease Company LLC
2005	Nease Corporation spun off from Ruetgers Chemicals AG and becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG)
1999	Marketing and R&D functions relocated to Cincinnati
1997	Reorganized and became Ruetgers Organics Corporation (ROC)
1978	Acquired by Ruetgers AG and renamed Ruetgers-Nease
1959	Harrison, Ohio plant built. Hydrotrope manufacturing begins
1951	Founded as the Pedlow-Nease Company which later became the Nease Chemical Company
