WeylChem Sponsors Rheingau Musik Festival
For the third consecutive year WeylChem is a proud sponsor of Rheingau Musik Festival, an international summer music festival in Germany, founded in 1987. The Festival is known for classical music, but also includes other genres. Concerts take place at culturally important locations, such as Eberbach Abbey and Johannisberg Castle, in the wine-growing Rheingau region between Wiesbaden and Lorch.
WeylChem sponsored Ludwig Güttler´s concert. Born on 13 June 1943, Ludwig Güttler is an internationally known German virtuoso on the Baroque trumpet, the piccolo trumpet and the corno da caccia. As a conductor, he founded several ensembles including the chamber orchestra Virtuosi Saxoniae. He received a number of awards including Discovery of the Year in 1983, and Frankfurt’s Music Award for extraordinary achievements in 1989. He was a founding member of the Rheingau Musik Festival and has appeared regularly since the first season in 1988.
On the same evening, WeylChem hosted a Company Event with a poster session displaying the capabilities of WeylChem and its sister companies CordenPharma and Vynova. In parallel numerous external and internal guests enjoyed good food and local wine, making this a memorable evening in WeylChem´s history.
